 Undertaking and commissioning research and drafting papers as instructed

Maintaining an office facility in the Midlands from which all telephony and correspondence services are delivered

Creating and administering codes of practice and the compliance and redress activities associated with them

Maintaining all records and computer systems

Providing back up facilities in respect of archives, files and data systems

Providing advisory services for members on technical matters working with outside stakeholders as necessary.
